As a young girl Daniella watched excitedly as her father singlehandedly transformed their 2- bedroom/1-bath into a 5-bedroom/2-bath to match the needs of a growing family. It was during that time her fascination for real estate began. Using her novice status to her advantage, she dedicates herself entirely to her clients by bringing creativity, zest, meticulousness and diligence to every transaction. In her 1st year in the industry, she closed on 3 single family homes while working a full time managing job. Now at the end of her 2nd year, she was recognized by her brokerage for producing a 217% increase in sales volume. She focuses on the suburbs of Chicago and the city itself.
